Fantastic bottle and in great shape. Would recommend letting this go at least another 2 or 3 years as the acidity is still overbearing. Once opened up, lemony with brulee and almond notes. Possesses a super long, lingering finish.

Cajon Pairing: PnP, med chill. Clear, med straw color. Initial nose/taste of Chard, big chalk/minerals which after 15 min evolved to wonderful fruit. Great juice, med body, med finish, perfect balance, nice acid, nothing off. Good drinking window now or hold 2015. $49

BBR 2008 Burgundy tasting: Much better than older vintages I've tried. A lovely honey and orange nose.
