When we opened this wine for the first time (~17-18°C) it has aroma of sweet red berry liqueur (not cassis), hips syrup, bitter roots and herbs. The taste of dry compote of bitter berries like honeysuckle, black chokeberry, berries of arrowwood; decoction of bitter roots and herbs; ginger. Indian ink in the aftertaste.
Then we stored the wine in the fridge (in the small bottle without air) for 2 days. Next time at ~15-16°C it has aroma of the fresh cowberries, ripe raspberries and haw, raspberry jam and the taste of burning bitter tincture of berries and herbs.
