  Relâche 2020; 3/1/2020-3/5/2020 (Dans le nord): La robe est foncée et le fruit mûr mais la texture surprend par un côté soyeux et surtout un côté aérien, une finale en finesse. Impressionnant pour un 2008 à ce stade-ci, surtout sur un terroir comme Morgeot. Très beau!

  Club des vins: Servi un peu trop froid et en apéro - l'acidité était moins digeste que la dernière fois qu'on l'a bu (se référer à cette dernière note pour le reste)

  Un nez d'abricots, une pointe vanillée et des aromates difficiles à cerner (on pense à l'anis et un peu au gingembre). En bouche, les arômes d'abricots et de nectarines sont enveloppés par une texture légèrement grasse et une minéralité légère. L'élevage y est encore en fin de bouche mais bien intégré. Il y a aussi une pointe de poivre blanc. Quelle complexité et quelle longueur: wow!
