Community Tasting Notes (2) Avg Score: 90 points

  • Morgan at Angler in San Francisco steered me to this bottle I otherwise would never have considered, when I intimated I wanted white Burgundy with some age that still showed freshness. This is indeed still fresh, with a slightly clipped nose of lemon & orange peel and dried leaf evolving toward butterscotch with time in the glass. Lithe frame with a bright acidic backbone that is like electricity on the palate. This has peaked but no immediate rush to finish remaining bottles.

  • Apples, minerals, complex, good acidity, but a bit expensive.
