  MASTER CHAMPAGNE; 1/28/2019-4/30/2019 (WESTIN PALACE MILANO): Degustato alla cieca. ( PN 90%) (Maggiore di 32g/l)
  Gli imprevedibili vini di Beaufort riservano sempre grandi sorprese, e non sempre positive. Tanta nocciola tostata, parmigiano, polistirolo, straccio bagnato. Sa di rancido e di umidità. Il naso è indecifrabile, quasi fastidioso. Entrambe le bottiglie sono molto simili, sullo stesso registro.
  Bocca rancida, chimica, e molto dolce. Na porcheria

  Continua a stupire. Aperte due bottiglie una dopo l'altra ed erano ovviamente un po' diverse tra loro. Approccio da artigiano del vino, diciamo. Il naso è molto intenso con l'immancabile nota di salvia in primo piano, poi frutti rossi e gesso fuso. In bocca è una vera delizia, per con la pasticceria secca sposa benissimo. Bravo beaufort

  Bought on a trip to Paris in April 2005 specifically to open after the safe arrival of our second child this September (it's a boy!). We all arrived home safe from the hospital today and popped this bottle for a quiet toast. Quite yellow/gold in colour, this wine had a lovely nose of citrus, lemon and apples. A tremendous mousse with lots and lots of bubbles, with more citrus on the palate, rounding out into toasty yeasty flavours. There was a slightly carbonic/ co2 flavour before trailing off with a nice long, mineral finish.
