  Late night impromptu session. Drank in Gabriel Standart.
  Appearance is clear, medium intensity, amber gold colour. Hardly any bubbles. Thin legs.
  Nose medium+ intensity, with aromas of earth, mushrooms, aged nuttiness, strawberries, dried wilted flowers. Developed.
  On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, medium- alcohol (12%), medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of earth, mushrooms, strawberries sweet cream, dried flowers. Long finish.
  Very good quality. Nice but really time to drink up before too tertiary.

  Copper color, healthy stream of bubbles. Rose petals, cherry, strawberry, on the nose. Bit of funkiness. Creamy texture and fairly dense feeling. Vinous and paired beautifully with the jamon

  Wine in the Sunshine State; 2/20/2020-2/23/2020 (Florida): This was really great. Also has the more aged style which I really like. There's a nice almost sour fruit style to it. Drinking very well.

  No note taken. This bottle was purchased from a different collector than my last one. The cork was in great shape and popped with just a little help. Still somewhat primary with many years of life left in it - none of the rich honey or oxidative qualities. I will probably wait a couple more years before I try again, as I prefer more age on this particular wine.
