The palate, wow! Stunning freshness and so clean, with pure ripe Tropical fruits, honey, plum and peaches with excellent depth, complexity and intensity give you a heavy punch on the palate yet it is so well-balance and light on its feet that you hardly feel the weight and rush to get another glass! The long mineral infused finished just goes on and on. This is definitely a 1st class dessert wine. While this is such a great wine, the 1999 is even better!
