(Point Concepción Pinot Grigio Celestina) Light medium yellow orange pink color; nice dried cherry, herbal, mint nose; rich, refreshing, ripe peach, cantaloupe palate with good acidity and sense of green herbs; medium-plus finish (3 days of skin contact with dry ice to extend cold soak and extract color)

i really liked this wine. just started trying roses but this at the top thus far. sweet, good structure, alcohol = 14.4%. Sara said it burned and not her favorite. paired well with JO sticky chicken dish. would def buy again but try finding it under $15.
