WSET Advanced L9 Australia - New Zealand: Pale lemon, watery rim. Medium(-) developing aromas of citrus, lychee, petrole. Dry, very high acidity, low alcohol, very light body, medium (-) flavours of lemon, green apple, medium(-) finish. Not very exciting, not balanced yet not a bad wine.

pale, barely colored; petrol first, then a touch of beeswax & lanolin, lemon peel; light body, modest palate impression, granny smith apple, lemon, slate;
assertive citric acidity.
spicy green Cherokee tomato gazpacho with cucumber, toasted marcona almonds & buttermilk drizzle
3/05/14 especially dominated by petrol/kerosene aromatics, this one was heightened by the food pairing. crisp, straight-up & better w/dinner (88)
local arugula & pink grapefruit w/shredded roast chicken breast, fish sauce & lime vinaigrette , shaved red onion, chopped peanuts
