  Soirée française entre amis: Je suis épatée de la fringance de ce village de presque 10 ans, d'un millésime chaud. Au nez on reconnaît les fruits blancs mûrs du verger, tout comme à l'attaque en bouche, mais la finale est saline, d'une belle finesse. Équilibré, avec des notes de laine mouillée et une belle minéralité. À l'aveugle plusieurs pensaient à Vincent Dauvissat. Quel beau cadeau: merci! (PNP)

  This has settled down quite a bit since my last note. Still the same wine but in a better place. The minty, lactic notes continue to bother me but I can better appreciate they typical Chablis minerality now that the fruit has subsided. Also the acid has come forward better bringing the wine into balance. Good with a buri kama.

  Explodes out of the glass upon opening but settles down with time. Piercing, mineral, bright and tropical. Guava, peach, and cantaloupe. Creamy. Smokey. Good acidity, good weight, full in the middle and long. Day 2: Muted nose but this has good body and structure. This needs time 2-5 years? Not a good match with kyo-obento.
