Vin I Nord Fine Wine Fall BYO; 10/28/2017-10/29/2017 (Tord Marius): Golden nutty brown towards orange. Strong nose with chemistry and burnt sugar. Hints of raisins, prunes and alcohol. Viscous mouth. Honeytones, apricot and burnt sugar. Powerful and very rich. Cannot see this as very food friendly, but will work as a standalone dessert or as a candy replacement.

Past its best but still interesting. Golden in colour. Lots of marzipan on the nose. Acid still present for a drying finish.
