Ma première bouteille avait évolué prématurément. Celle-ci contient des touches oxydatives marquées, mais il reste du fruit et de la sucrosité pour créer un ensemble complet.

Medium amber. Viscous in glass Aromatics high. Honey, sweet light molasses, apricot, orange blossom, candied ginger and bread yeast Palate has medium + body. Residual sugar. Acid medium + with crescendo effect. No phenolics. Alcohol medium. Honey and orange candy Finish has a long length. Balanced Dry glass notes of honey and hay Great acid, not too sweet, complex nose. Drinks well now, can age forever.

Double Blind tasting Deep gold/ light amber color Medium plus aromas of dried peach/ apricot with yellow florals and fresh nuts - wet wool/ lanolin and a touch of botrytis ginger notes Full bodied with moderate RS - palate of honey/ orange peel and dried apricot Searing acidity - this wine probably has way more RS than I guessed due to this - crescendo effect in the mouth Medium alcohol Very long finish led by the acidity I went with Vouvray Moelleux based on the high acidity and wet wool/ honey characteristics of CB Drinking very well now but will probably improve for decades

Popped and poured. Paired well with spicy Chicken Tikka Masala.

Intense notes of apples, apricots, honey, and a little marzipan. Nice acidity to balance the sweetness. Great wine for cheese.
