Nose: Opens with very mature (over mature) notes of redbeet, autumn forest and old strawberry jam. Taste & palate: Dry, tannins present as expected but also nice freshness / acidity and a certain fruit sweetness. Less mature taste than the (initial) nose indicated. With half an hour of air the nose is still not very marked but has moved in direction of prunes, red plums and tar. In the mouth the wine "firms up", the fruit is coming more to the fore and the taste has taken on a smoked note - scotch whisky suddenly came to my mind (that's a first!).

Til focaccia og parmesan: Roser og tobakk, elegant, høy, lakris. Støv og hyllebusk. Lite frukt igjen. God vin men ikke så mye mer. Dagen derpå: Mørk syltet frukt på nesen. rosene og tobakken er forduftet eller integrert, deilig vin, bedre i dag.
