I have dinner reservations for Friday I will not be using, 8:00 @ TMACS (formerly TMaccarones) for 4; reservations are scarce for Release Weekend, if anyone wants to claim it, let me know by this evening before I cancel.

I have a '63 Graham's VP in the decanter getting a breath of fresh air before dinner.
TW and I walked/hiked 7 miles today to make room.

In the bag..
2011 JB Neufeld Dubrul Cab Sauv
2009 Mark Ryan Lost Soul Syrah

Two favorites from off the path producer in JBN using same fruit as our CT Cab and a pretty unique Syrah, IMO, from Mark Ryan, a bit of funk from eastern end of Yakima Valley that should be a nice comparison to some W2 funky Syrah.

Nothing but the drone of the jet engine at 28,000 feet. Two hours to SEA and then on to Pasco. One Bloddy Mary down and now I’m ready for a bit of bubbly.

Just keeping y’all informed

Huge thanks to everyone who made this weekend happen (Scott, Chris, Billo, Pinto, Steve, Lesley... I know I am forgetting people). This was a special one.

The tasting story is finally done - read it here

Needless to say it was an epic weekend.

Fantastic tasting notes, thanks for sharing. Will have to go to Gramercy on my next trip to WW.

When is a 5 a.m. flight not evil?
