2016 Chateau Fontareche VV 60% Roussanne and 40% White Grenache My first bottle from a case bought through Grapes TWC in White Plains NY...for $10/btl. Nose is light, green apple, lemon, wet rocks These grapes produce a wonderful, mouth coating texture that reminds me of a Ermitage L'Oree with a bit of a brighter edge to it. Clearly not for Chard lovers. Taste is a bit of citrus, under ripe pear (not sweet), mineral. Finish has a bit of grip to it that's not exactly acidic...trying to decided if it adds or detracts. Great QPR!
