Status: offline 		Kicking off this Saturday evening with a rather pleasant Pertois-Moriset Grand Cru Rosé Blanc Extra Brut (I think it has that name because it's a rosé but the base fizz is from the Côte des Blancs). I wish the games in France kicked off at a time more conducive to sleep in Hong Kong!

Status: offline 		Another great Italian fizz this Saturday - I Piccoli Vignaioli Prima Alba Rosé is a great example of a fresh wine made to be drunk young.
