Taste is similar, very distant lime zest, watery and fine acidity acidity builds but doesn't overwhelm . This feels like it is barely formed but has the structure to go far. Tannins and piquey lime oil emerges. Interesting one for the acid hounds at this stage. Will buy a couple more to lay down. |

Not sure how the 2021 vintage was but I had high hopes. Will try others to see if it just this one bottle or some kind of trend. |
