Nice liquid mineral sensations. Thick, intense and oaky. The oak probably needs time to resolve. Needs time.

Closed nose. Needs time. An elegant, rather than powerful style of white Burgundy.

Integrated fruit and oak. The fruit is more cherry than cassis, with an elegant mouthfeel. Could still need more time to resolve the tannins.

Smoke, oak, cassis. Nice, but a lot lighter than I remember it last.

Beautiful, dusty cassis and earth. Complex minerals and underbrush. Very Bordeaux-like in style.

Nice, evolved, mature wine, with minerals, earth, and some dusty fruits.

Dark and closed. Some minerals and fruits, but rather unforthcoming right now.

Older skunk, which blew off a bit. Older Bordeaux aromas of leather, etc. Fully mature.

Dark red, some bricking. Cedar, cassis, minerals, quite complex and elegant. Lovely wine.

Dark, but closed and shut down. A bit thin on the mid-palate. Needs time, but hopefully the fruit will hold up.

Light wine. Light earth, leather. Elegant.

Loamy, gravelly, nose, but a bit watery on the palate. Fully mature, with the fruit beginning to fade. Drink up.

Bright red/purple. Big, forward, full of crystallized cassis. Complex minerals and earth. Wonderful wine.

Earthy, with some exotic, but not all that pleasant, funk. Ok wine, but rather unusual.

Earth, some cherries. A bit rustic and severe. Some stones in the finsh. Not all that charming right now.

Huge, expressive nose. Exotic spices, minerals, black fruits, flowers, and smoke. On the palate the wine did not seem to live up to the aromatics, but a very nice grippy finish. Still tannic, and lots of room for improvement here. The best part of this wine was truely the aromatics. Wow.

Relatively light in color. Cherry, and some herbs. A bit unexciting on the palate. OK wine.

Very swett cherry and spice. Some florals. Tannins are resolving. Elegant.

Honey and apricots. Forward and nicely balanced. Elegant Sauternes.
