- Garnet color with medium forming legs and aromas of eucalyptus, blackberry and cedar. It's somewhat balanced and has flavours of blackberry, raspberry, molasses, black pepper and cedar with a medium/full body. Satin-Like texture with a long finish - Paul and I drank with Sous Vide'd ribs. Was not as good as the last Mitolo. Good mouth feel, long finish but not as deep and complex as I recall.

- Garnet color with fast forming legs and aromas of blackberry, raspberry, tobacco and vanilla. It's in total harmony and has flavours of blackberry, raspberry, cherry, tobacco and licorice anise with a medium/full body. Satin-Like texture with a long finish - Super dark, packed with rich flavors - jammy dark fruit, licorice, hint of cherry, tobacco and earth. Finish lasted forever. Was best of night (next to 2001 Salvioni which was 94/95 pts). Hard to fault. Drink now or hold several more years. Excellent, what a Brunello should be.

- Garnet color with fast forming legs and aromas of blackberry, black currant and tobacco. It's balanced and has flavours of blackberry, black currant, oak and tobacco with a medium/full body. Round texture with a long finish - Why I fell in love with Brunello's. Was tight in core of dark rich fruit with a hint of wood and tobacco and spice. Finish lasted for over a min maybe two. Drinking very well now, can't wait to share another.
