Not as fresh as the earlier bottles...slightly unbalanced, may have been the phase it was in but was not as good as other bottles from that vintage (this was my first one) or later ones

I wasn't overwealmed by this wine. It was slightly tannic, and less fruit forward than I expected. Its not a bad wine, but its not great either.

I think this wine is going thru a "dumb" phase, as it was much less open and fruity than I remember...it improved the second day, but still not what I remember.

A wonderful surprise, deep rich, with a great nose and a long finish. Parker gave it a 99, and while I didn't think it was quite that great, it is really good and drinking really well

Very nice, in a lighter style of pinot, but well balanced with good fruit. We drank it with roasted chicken, which was perfect because it didn't overpower the meat.
