I know I should be holding this longer, but I had to try a bottle. It was fantastic. Soft and lush, without being jammy. Really nice bottle of Cabernet. Glad I've got three more in the cellar.

Exactly what you hope for in a glass of Brunello. Not sure why CT shows a drinking window starting in 2021, because this is showing really well right now. Smooth, soft, good fruit, and classic flavor profiles for a tuscan wine. Great with pizza too!

Astounding wine. Don't know how Pinot Noir can get much better. Balanced and flavorful, with just the right mix of acidity and fruit. Delicate, but with a long finish. Cherry pie and forest floor. Many wines in this price range don't seem to merit the expense, but this one does. Probably worth much more!

Very nice, got that slight funk to an aged Chard. Still a bit of oak, and malo? Works well with an aged cheddar and a nice afternoon. Cheers!

Really good stuff, I'm not sure how wine gets much better. I am a fan of CdP, but this was especially good. Smooth, but complex. Full and round, great texture and body, lots of fruit without being cloying. Not much tannin, but what's left is slightly sweet and tasty. Can't say I've had much better wine than this. I'm getting Raspberries with a hint of cherries.

Drinks so nice. It's nice and smooth and just a touch sweet. Subtle white peach flavors with a gentle star jasmine aroma. Beautiful wine to slurp on a hot southern California day in May. Perfect with Fontina cheese and crackers.

Nice aroma and flavor, smooth texture and tannins. Doesn't taste too much like most Oregon Pinot's. Doesn't have much of the musty, forest floor flavor I associate with OP's. But very nice regardless. Cherry and lavender. Good wine.

I always like Patty Green wines, and Oregon Pinot's, especially from this area of the valley. Has that distinctive Oregon aroma and flavor profile. Call it wet forest floor if you like. Nice cherry notes, good acidity and a nice tight profile. We got 4 more bottles, so it will be interesting to note how this changes. Still young, but very drinkable right now! Love it!

Had with Tri-Tip. Great combo, the wine is perfect for drinking right now, and went with this savory meat really nicely. Softer and smoother Cabernet than many, but a really nice wine for the price. Fruit is very apparent, but not too jammy. I like it.

Extraordinary wine. Amazingly fruit forward for a 2007. Cherries all the way. Had the classic Oregon Pinot aroma and body and color, but tasted youthful and fresh. Full bodied, with no latent tannin left. I wish I had a case of this.

Wait for 10 to 15 minutes before tasting, it's skunky right out of the bottle. But after that it's really nice. Like a lot of white burgs., it's nothing like Cali Chard. Good acidity, a bit of mineral, nice lemon curd, none of the buttery slop or flaccid texture of a cheap chardonnay. Great finish and loads of texture.

This wine is incredible. Really amazing aroma's of cherry and blackberry. It's complex and textured with just a bit of tannin and oak. The finish is long and satisfying. I could drink this all day and all night long. Thanks Foxen for an amazing wine experience!

This was really nice, thanks Marty. Great body and texture, nice balance to the mineral and fruit. Wish I could drink a bottle of this every night. Amazing how French Chard. is so different from Cali.

Very nice bottle of wine. Had with some tender Filet's, and it was perfect. Smooth tannin and decent fruit, without being sweet. This is what makes Paso so great. Very good wine, beautiful place and still very reasonable priced.

Amazing complex and fascinating red wine. Still lots of tannin, but you can tell this is an amazing wine. I can't even describe all of the flavor profiles and aroma's going on here, but I wish I had a case or two to figure it out. Nice!

Wow, great wine. Full Cab flavor array. Smoky, spicy, round tannin, very nicely balanced. Weston says it tastes like a high end Washington Cab, not Napa. I don't know, but it tastes really good. Glad we got two more bottles. Had with some roast beef (all day long in slow cooker), and it was perfect.

Much better than the first bottle I opened. Maybe the first one was flawed? I don't know, but this was a very nice and classic Oregon Pinot. Delicate but complex, with some interesting flavors.

Has that distinctive dusky italian red wine color, with smooth tannin and nice cherry aroma and flavor. I love Barolo's and this one is a nice example of them. Probably could use a couple more years in the cellar. Glad I have three more bottles.

I'm sorry, but for $11 (Last Bottle wines), this is hard to beat. A lot of tannin still, but great Grenache fruit and taste. QPR is awesome!

Smooth and tasty, not too light and not too acidic. Just a pinch of sweetness. This is very good. It doesn't have a lot of the tropical or green vegetable notes that some Sauv's have, but that's not a bad thing. Very nice with grilled chicken and a good salad.

Not bad, but I was a bit disappointed with this wine. It was pretty bland for a Zin. I was expecting some spice and zest, and i didn't get anything like that. Very subtle flavor profile and mouthfeel.

Love Byron Pinot's. This is drinking really nicely right now. Lots of fruit and flavor. Delicate, nice acidity, no tannin, but great cherry taste. Classic Central Cali Pinot.

I Love Central Coast Pinot's, and this one is very good. I'm a fan of Calera; I haven't found anything from them yet, that I didn't like. This is similiar to many Pinot's from this region. Delicate and fruity, but not overly sweet. Not for a big Cab or Bordeaux fan though.

Very yummy, definitely French; but could be mistaken for a Oregon Pinot. Upon opening, has that distinctive French musty aroma. Great texture and smooth taste. A very nice wine.

Actually pretty tasty. For the price, very very good. Has that great Grenache aroma and flavor. Good fruit, with the tannin nicely balanced out. There was a lot of sediment in the bottom of the bottle, which is not necessarily a bad thing. Felt very un-manufactured, if that is a thing. I liked it!

I was surprised by this bottle, it was way better than I expected. Very interesting aroma, I'm not sure how to describe it. It almost had a bit of a bad meat smell, but the taste was fantastic; nothing like the smell. Wine never fails to amaze me, with the difference between the aroma and the taste. Are they ever the same? Great glass of wine though, light on the tannin, but good body and fruit. I lived it.

Just drank our last bottle tonight. After decanting for awhile the aroma coming from the decanter had a strong cinnamon and clove smell to it. There was no tannin's left in this bottle, but there was a lot of sediment. Very amazing bottle of wine to drink too. Hard to describe the flavors for me, but it sure tasted good. But it is defiantly done aging. If you have any of this, you should drink up! It is done aging.

Not too shabby, some characteristic notes of earthiness with a soft texture and no tannin. Not much length on this wine, no really finish to it, but for a simple bottle of pinot (for those nights with lots of guests?), it should work ok.

Very interesting wine. Unusual twangy taste and texture. Different is good, in my book. I won't attempt to come up with the various flavors, but I will say it was not like a chard, not like a SvBl, and not like a Riesling. Fun stuff, I'd buy it again.

Dark and Inky, opens up (as you can imagine) upon decanting. Very dark ripe berry fruit, you can tell that this had a lot of tannin when young. Drinking with some Tri-Tip tonight. Perfect pairing, by the way. There is some oaken finish, but creamy. Very nice wine!
