Tasting Notes for Matt1743

Good wine. Decided to pull from cellar before the huge's wedding. Mineral and a lil vanilla ok the finish. High alcohol. Would have been good to sit for a while

Ran through the Venturi 8 times and it finally tastes like a pinot. Upon first opening it tasted carbonated and like a cherry coke. Definately mellowed out and had the spice I like in a good Oregon pinot
