A pleasant surprise. Red fruit, had aged well, minimal tannis. Complemented well a takeout Indian meal by providing a soothing balm to the spices.

Found bottle in cellar. Misplaced. Worried that it had turned. Brown at the edges when poured in the glass. Entry with burst of fruit. Middle and finish mellow with fruit tapering. Think I missed peak but still very enjoyable way to start the evening

Has aged elegantly. More subtle and layered than its younger form. Purple in the glass, immediate fragrance. Silky entry, soft dark fruit in the middle, and pepper on the end. We agreed that we may have caught the wine at its peak.

With aging, the fragrance and spiciness more muted, but the wonderful chocolate and blueberry, along with the persistent taste from the coating of the tongue and throat, reminded me why I fell in love with drinking wine.

Aged beautifully. Brown when poured. Initial bouquet pungent with tanins at taste. Within 30 minutes, mellow with hint of spice. Taste of chocolate. At an hour velvet after taste. Very enjoyable hour

Really elegant wine. Bouquet was initially floral that transformed with time into an earthy aroma. The finish was especially pleasant with a wonderful coating of the tongue with dark cherry.

Fruity and powerful out of bottle. Almost chewed the wine. With nearly 12 hours of time, less fruit forward, and a spicy middle with lingering aftertaste. Too young unless looking for a fruit explosion.
