paired to a ginger rosmarin risotto, it was great!

almost golden color, the nose is very much Burgundian varietal, mixing the touch of chardonnay with a bit of vanilla and lemon.
In the mouth it´s really pleasant, rightly bodied, melting lime, lemon and mango together in a really mineral and fresh environment.
very long length on the mineral notes and lemon.

what a buy for less than €20!

the positive surprise of last Saturday dinner!
decanted 1,5 hour before to be served.
dense almost golden with intense nose of mandarin and vanilla
in the mouth it´s very greedy, rather buttery with vanilla, caramel, coffee, walnut and orange, good sapidity and acidity; overall very good balanced and pleasant.
great mineral length with pastry notes and citric fruits

the vintage brut of Camille Saves is such a great standard for a reasonable price.. 2018 was a great vintage and the bottle showed it even if in its young time. as always a lot of lemon and orange very well melted with an hint of vanilla and some pastry notes, great freshness and pleasant mineral mouthfeel

Almost golden color and rather dense.
On the nose intense notes of peach, mandarin, caramel, vanilla and a touch of wet stone.
In the mouth it’s very rich and concentrated, an intense mineral mouthfeel is pleasing every sip. Elegant notes of mandarin and an hint of tropical fruits together with an egg cream and vanilla flavor are delivering a great fun by every glass; overall very balanced with a medium + acidity.
Long finish on citric fruits and minerals notes.
Lovely bottle almost a 92!

Best wine of Christmas holidays session, no doubts!
Drank over 2 hours and I appreciated the continuous development of this incredible bottle; this collection wine is right now perfectly into the drinking window.
Almost golden color with fine perlage. Very complex nose of ripe peaches and apricot marmalade, walnut, hazel nut a bit almond and dried fruits.
In the mouth great mouthfeel with lovely mineral notes and perfect acidity. Still peaches and apricots very well melted in some orange juice and red apple, still nuts and dried fruits. It impresses for the balance and elegance.
Long finish on citric fruits notes together with a very enjoyable sapidity.

What for a QPR! 😋
Light ruby color, on the nose notes of cherry and plums, a kind of mild chili as spicy flavor.
In the mouth is very fresh, crunchy, mineral; still notes of cherry, plums, some small red berries, tobacco, earthy notes and a thick of herbs, medium bodied. Tannins are a little bit dusty but it is still a young wine.
Finish is long, fresh, mainly plums and spicy notes, really enjoyable.. a great buy below 20€!

in the mouth as in the previous tasting it is not too complex but very precise with prevailing green apple notes, good minerally and great freshness.

Nose of hydrocarbons, toasted oak, a little bit of vanilla and some floral notes
In the mouth the wine is rather dense, the taste is characterized by a clear ripe mango flavour and a little bit peach melted together with a gentle vanilla touch, fresh and almost salty with some carbonic inside. The finish is outstanding long!

my first CM from Domaine Felettig, decanted 2 hours.
the wine has a red ruby colour, not so light as I would expect from a Pinot Noir one. The nose is elegant and quite intense with floral notes and wild fruits flavours.
In the mouth is rather concentrated and still elegant and precise, crunchy with an hint of toasty oak; it has a perfect balance between the fruity notes (wild berries and strawberry mostly) and a great minerally and freshness, gentle tannins. very good length.
Good first! :)
to be kept still a little bit more in the cellar to reach higher satisfactions!

In the mouth it is fresh and very mineral, earthy with medium tannins, taste is still mainly red berries and an hint of plums

In the mouth is balanced, rather fresh, note of dried plums and a touch of ripe cherries. Medium to long finish. Great QPR but not suggested if you have problem with sulfites, a little bit too dosed according to my opinion

delicious wine, very well developed, it tasted really good even if the cork was at the edge!
intense golden colour, with notes of white flavours and some wet stone.
in the mouth there is a very ripe apricot, bitter clementine (marmalade?), absolutely salty. fresh and very much concentrated.
very long finish on the saline and fresh side!
lovely bottle!

Golden colour, quite fine perlage, on the nose note of brioche, pastry, mou, coffee and some nuts, just an hint of small berries

in the mouth the wine is still young, therefore not yet harmonic to get some higher rating but it impresses for the strong mineral notes which merge very well with the taste of lemon and red apples, still some flavour of nut and mouthwatering freshness.

great citric length, mineral still nuts and some dry fruits.

still a couple of years more cellaring and it can be a great boom!

orange/deep golden colour
noe of vanilla with some pastry notes and ripe tropical fruits such mango
in the mouth is bodied, mainly a deep concentration of stone fruits like peach and apricots, there is also some melon and orange zest ending with enjoyable pastry notes like egg cream with a little lemon. Citric and salty, overall mineral; these fresh notes merge very well to the fruity notes decribed above.
it finishes very long mainly with citric notes and still a gentle vanilla flavour. Great QPR!

I liked it but my bottle was really at the end of the drinking window. Garnet colour, a lot of wet leather on the nose and in the mouth, after 4 hours decanting it kept opening showing some varietals nuances.
