Beautiful! Sauvignon blanc from Loire. Puzelat brothers doing also a great job here in Touraine.
Le Buisson Pouilleux is like "the bad grass", cool name.
Biodynamic, natural wine, no intervention. Nice yellow color, unfiltered. Tamarind, grass, honey, some more alcohol than Cheverny.
Colder region. Old vines, fully manual crop. Our body thanks us for this. Could drink it every day without getting tired. Old fashioned way! Nice acidity, equilibrated, no chemicals. Great wine, great producer!

Jean-Marie and Thierry Puzelat! The artists of this beauty in Loire. Biodynamic production and natural wine, with no chemicals, intervention or SO2. Wine for few people. Away from regular stuff and... that's exactly what I was looking for.
Pinot noir from Loire, France. AOC Cheverny.
Beautiful red-earth color, with some brick/orange shadows, with aromas in the same way. Cherry (fruit, not jam hahaha), earth, tamarind, strawberry (fruit again), some herbs... Nice acidity, only 11,5% alcohol, which is very good. Same as their white wines, excellent. You don't get tired of this wine. Thanks God I also get a case/box of it on a sale at the wine store. Great wine and producer!

Wine for few people. Away from regular stuff and... that's exactly what I was looking for. Not that sh*t pineaple or a punch in face of tropical fruits.
1/3 of chardonnay, 1/3 of sauvignon blanc and 1/3 of fiè gris (sauvignon gris).
Lots of minerals, far away from fruit bomb style. Figs, honey, grass, leaves, tamarind... Great acidity and low alcohol, which is awesome. Old vines. Thank God I bought a full case. This wine will develop beautifully for some 3 or 4 years max. Beautifull yellow color. Great wine and producer.

Drinking beautifully right now. Almost 18 years! Sauvignon blanc dominating, helped by semillon for structure. Beautiful light yellow color (not dark golden), which shows it's still good, in its best way: equilibrated acidity, nice color, structured, wood/oak integrated and lots of aromas. Grass, white spices, white flowers, honey... you can choose! Now I can see why most people say that SHL blanc is the best white wine from Bordeaux. Opened this bottle for my 32 y.o. birthday. Drank it with my girlfriend with cod and pasta. Great wine! Will definitely look for another bottle. Cheers from Brazil!

1989 - drank it in 2014. It was excellent. Perfect. The cork has it smell until now.
