Starting to evolve. The wine began to open up after an hour or so in decanter. It continued to change in the glass. Still has plenty of bottle life, and i suspect it will continue to improve for at least another 5 years. Big anglianico as one would expect.

A couple of my bottles have been off even though they have been stored very well. Wine seems to be losing fruit quickly. I hope this is a bottle problem and not a vintage one.
