Great wine in a nice spot! Can definitely gain a little more on some more time but i think this is great now!

Balanced with mandarine, green apple and a chalky minerality!
Love this!

Fantastic nose, still feels pretty fresh with nuts, almonds, popcorn, butter, red apples and warm fresh bread! Wow!

Palet just as fantastic with the bubbles tickeling my tongue a little, the nuts, warm fresh baked bread with a little butter on it, ripe red apples and a very nice slight bitterness on the finish!

This is a wow wine in 🎯!! So complex and nice!

Show a very nice yeasty tone, pink grape, ripe green apple, sweet flowers and a little heat and bitterness at the end (but not in a disturbing way for me).
Long finish!! Yum!

Great wine!
Lovely depth, richness and complexity due to its long time on the lees, at the same time edge and sharpness.
Only steeltank wich i like because it keeps the freshness.

Lot's of time gave me figs, floral notes, tannins in balance with fruit and acidity. Dark berrys, some oak. Needs time. Wait a few years or Open and let it breathe over night.

Härlig fräschör, mandarin, persika, komplext med ett fint djup, medelfylligt, liten sötma som i ett långt avslut gör en twist till ett lite syrligt avslut med en lätt kryddighet och mineralitet.

Detta kan med fördel lagras men är otroligt gott just nu och svårt att låta bli..

Spice, plums, some acidity and fruit left, shows some serious age and time to drink up. Not the best vintage in Northern Rohne and maybe that shows now!! Despite that a interesting and great wine.

Först gången med Savagnin. Inte min grej!!

I min mun blev det sherry ( vilket jag igf.gillar), omogna röda äpplen, liten beska som jag inte förstod mig på, mandelmassa med en avslutande obalanserad syra.? De säger att man måste prova Savagnin flera ggr. för att förstå sig på den o då riktigt gammal Vin jaune. Kanske är det jag måste göra.....

Päron, mineral, äpple, honung och petroleumsmaken framträdde väldigt tydligt. Känns på topp nu och det finns enligt mig ingen mening att låta den "vänta" längre..

Mycket komplex, nedtonad syra med fin rostad hasselnötston. Enligt mitt tycke i en fin fas och mycket drickvänlig.. Mycket god!!
