Never had a chenin blanc sparkling before but I like it. Mild flavors reminiscent of chenin itself but more effervescent given the bubbles. Great integration. Love this.

Wonderful. Rainwater, great bouquet, high quality. Could be a 94. But I want to compare to some others as I don’t drink a ton of Pinot. But this has burgundy all over it. Impressive for MI wine!!!!

Amazing. Drinking well and should be fine for another 5+ years. There is a sour note in the finish which I can’t place but this wine has it all.

Wonderful soft tannins although could still age longer. Cork going so maybe recork if laying down for 5+ years. Green and perizines there but well integrated. Dark yet soft. Great stuff!

Wonderful. Decanted for 6 hrs before drinking. Still had amble Tanins. Tart cherry. Dark fruit. Very well integrated. Light perizines, but the green is there. Not the best vintage like 1994 and 95 but this wine is fantastic. Buy and drink. Good for another 5 to 10 years!

Amazing. Decanted for 8 hours. Has plenty of life left. Deep color with small amounts of tawney. Little oxidation. Tart cherries on the nose. Earth and oak well integrated. Graphite and fresh tea leaves. Wonderful.

Likely likely. Not fruit forward but tastes more like a 15 yr old cab. Great oak on the nose. Sediment at the end of the bottle. Great value and aging well. If you want more fruit, too late. If you like old cab, drink now to 2030. Should be great.

Amazing. Definitely the most complex champagne I’ve ever had. Lots of citrus on the front pallet, which is rare in champagnes. High acid as well which tells me this will age beautifully. Glad I bought a few more to lay down. Should easily age for 30-40 years.

Amazing out of the gate. Didn't need decanting, just a few minutes of air. Will benefit from time. Drink within the first 12 hours of opening as Day 2 lost a lot of the fruit and complexity. Fine tannins. Graphite. Nose is amazing. I smelled it more than drank it.

Stunning. Nose had Sauternes Yquem on it. The body of the wine was perfect for the balance of elements. and the length was truly impressive. Wish I had a case of this. It would impress any guest.

Good to open and enjoy now. Slipping away but still robust. Not the greatest vintage but this wine still had acid, depth, fruit, tannin. If you don’t like old Wine, pass on this. But if you do, there’s a lot to enjoy.

Very dark, earthy with a Malbec feel. Exceptionally made but not your classic Napa high end cab. Green bell pepper notes but with rot and dirt. Bordeaux style but wanted more for the price.

Loving this. Bright and oakey, but in Spanish style. Opened other bottles too early. Drinking perfectly now. Punches way above its weight. Super value.

Best Bordeaux I’ve ever had. Earthy soft tannins. Decanted for 2 hours. Should age for another 20-30 years easily given the acid. Wonderful. Wish I had more.
