Low acidity, low freshness, high vanilla tones, cream caramel. My colheitas shall be sweet, sharp, fresh and long, with a hint if maple syrup.

Lys pluss, rødorange, klar.
Middels pluss nese. Moden rips og litt nesle, sukkertøy. Tydelig sødme.
Middels pluss anslag.

Bottle variation. Young impression at first, fresh, nice tannins, balanced. Lots of roses on the nose. After some time a bit mest stock on the nose. I am starting to wonder if there is enough fruit for more years of life. Drink now.

Potentially exellent, as today too young with a bit raw sugar giving a bit unbalance. Fantastic aromas and good acidity. Wait 8 years with next.

A bit too much mousse, a bit too big bubbles. Nice elegant fruit, good acidity, perfect dryness in the last part of the curve. Balanced. Good match with steamed flat fish, beurre blanc with very good acidity, green asparagues and wild rice.

Pale yellow, clear.
Integrated wood, minerality, elegant yellow fruits. Medium palate, seamless, ripe fruit with a little sweetness. Yellow plums, orange. Medium pluss acidity. Long dry end with acidity and fruit. Complex, balanced, full, fruity and sour. Typical -08 ?

Very pale, red with brick. Clear. Creamy nose with blackcurrant, ripe cherries, chocolate, deep, complex. Medium + on the palate, balanced, concentrated, good medium sweetness, berries, maple cyrup, medium + acidity, medium tannins. Very, very long aftertaste with lots of playing acidity, sweetness from maply cyrup and berries. Some could complain it is a bit too close to a colheita, I love it.

Compared to my last -77 from magnum this is much like it on the noze, but the coulour and palate is on this much more elegant. The -77 is a fantastic beast, dark, thight, lots of everything, and will last for 100 years.

OK nose, but it has not the clearness and intencity, nor the power, to balance the sugary sweetness. A little hint of stock on the nose could indicate that this half bottle is over the top.

Fantastic. Perfect Barbaresco on the masculine side. Deep, clear, dark fruit. Very good and ripe tannin. Balanced, long, bright and still young.

Complex, sweet, viscous, powerfull, but a bit on the heavy side. There are acidity, but not enough to balance the sweetness. Still many years to go, but will i gain by that?

After 4 days in opened and tasted bottle with cork and air this opened for fantastic concentrated deep dark fruit, still lots of nice tough tannins. Very balanced and super elegant. Very young still, I expect a long good life of more than 20 years.

More like a Cornas Granit 30 from V. Paris. Good wine, but not as a beaujolais. Wild berries, grained black pepper, good balance and structure.

Unbalanced on the acidic and tannic side, not good alone. Very surprising. Some of it tastes woo tannins of worst type. Chickenroll with parmesan did help a lot, bur the rest of my bottles remain in the celler another year or two. Will it be better or grow only more to the acidic and tannic side.

A fantastic wine, typical -96 acidity, but balanced by ripe fruit and petrolueum. Full mouth, very long. Sweetness as low as one could expect from a 14 year old auslese, but still very much there. A wine a bit on the fresh side. This was a magnum bottle kept at 8-10 deg C. Very good match with homemade chicken lever paté with green pepper, salvie and fried champignon.

Red towards brick. Pale. Fantastic nose. Cherries and wild straberries. Liquorice and florality (wax). Complex. Very thight on the palate. Lot of fine grained tannin, concentrated cherries. Still young and very fresh. Nice dry end. Is it too tight, or still too young?

A lot different than the last 10 vintages. The strawberry fruit is gone, only the redberries left. Blackcurrant leaves has come. It is a lot more towards the pure acidic side, very fresh. Still a very good wine, great with food. Hmmm... I miss the old style.
