From perfect storage, this bottle was everything you want from a mature Fontodi. I do not see this improving, so if you have well stored bottles go ahead and open them up.

Dense fruit, balanced acidity, and a solid sturdy body come together for a great all around Cabernet Franc. Still a point or 2 of potential upside from 1-3 more years in the cellar.

Took about 30 minutes in the glass to really open up with black fruits, a wonderful sense of an all around balanced wine, and coupled this with a nice long finish.
