Got substance. Aromatic. Noticeable sweetness. There was this quality of viscosity or something that I didn’t like that I find in a number of Alsatian gewürztraminer and riesling. Maybe I should serve it with a temperature lower than the suggested 8-10 °C.

Fermented smell. Not a light wine. Sweetness gone with creamy cheese like Fromager d’affinois, so pair it with non-sweet cheese like Manchego. Apple-like fruit. Day 2: Sweet and foamy. Floral scent and fresh strawberries. Not much tannins. Very aromatic with a fluffy smell. Mild acid. Aerate it and it will show you the beauty. I’m now a rosé convert. Refreshing quality with the right cooler temperature 10°C (51 °F). Paired it with salmon salad with butter.

Aroma faintly resembles pear skin. Finish lasted 3 seconds. Bubble softly massages my tongue. Susceptible sweetness to balance the acid.

Loved this. Refined and stands tall, like a thin line of sweet scent alluring the drinker. A cloud of aroma of sweet peaches, kaki (persimmons), tangerine-ish and white chocolate. Seductive, creamy smell and some savory taste. Complex and acidic. Stronger bubbles that echoes in my ears and chases me everywhere on my tongue. Hits my palate everywhere. Bubbles strong and good. Nice, long finish. Bitterness and sweetness both present. So good. I feel so important drinking it. Assemblage : 40% each of pinot noir and meunier and 20% chardonnay. Cellar-aged for 3-4 years.

Pleasant and smooth. Light strawberries in the bottle. Floral aromas and very slender. A mixture of savory taste and graceful tannins. Nice acidity when I swallow but I didn’t feel before swallowing. Seductive with a nice finish. Little alcohol down the intestine but not “hot”. Only realized it was 15.1% AbV afterwards. Really good with turkey.

Fermented bath in my mouth. Nice balanced touch of sweetness. Shows different faces with each sip. Was better a little warmer; over-chilled, too bitter. Had it with a salad and roasted turkey.

Very aromatic and satisfying. Floral, brighter aromas with some hay. Sweet taste with acidic finish. Savory and delicious, deep and dark. Pleasant alone or with food. Quick swallow gave me plum aromas and some hotness down the throat.

Sweet and warm in-bottle. Fluffy cloud of cherries. Acidic, underripe cherry taste. Rather strong bitterness akin to that of fruit skins. Strong but not harse tannins are present. Got sweeter as it opened up and it was pleasant with steak.

Medium-body. Very good price-to-quality ratio. Tannins present but not overwhelming and coats your palate nicely. Aroma of dark fruits and berries when served warm and I like it better. Fresh acid with floral notes when cool.

Dry and savory with a touch of spicy quality in the end. Nice body that goes well with a meal, I wouldn’t have it for light-drinking with hors-d’œuvre. Blend of cinsault, grenache.

Zingy acidity. Bright and light. When warmer, sweeter. Very fun to drink. Sold as “Broadbent Daõ White”. Blend of encruzado (salgueirinho), malvasia fina, bical, gouveio. ABV 13%. Residual sugar: 0.8 g/L. PH: 3.3. Vineyard: Quinta dos Carvalhais. Winemaker: Beatriz Cabral de Almeida.

Smell of yogurt in the bottle. Slightly creamy feel and touch of sweetness with lemon. Graceful aromas of fermentation. So quaffable that I had more glasses than I usually do. Their gewürztraminer was sharper and some may like it one better. Good price-to-quality.

Easy drinking. Strawberry. Savory. Lighter body. Bitter aftertaste at first but when served as they suggest at 18 °C, hint of sweetness. 40% tempranillo (aragonez), 30% alicante bouschet, 20% touriga nacional, 10% trincadeira.

Honey. Sweet. Some viscosity. I didn’t enjoy the sweet white grape taste. Got better the second and third day.

Light yellow color with a hint of pink. Apples. Dry with some bitterness of pear skin. Moderate bubbles. Flavors of ripe peaches with a good sip. Aerate it to get the darker aromas. Rather bitter aftertaste.
