Drink the last bottle from the first case. Things have balanced out nicely in a very pleasant way. Glad I just received another case of the same vintage

Pleasent, well made. Light body, subdued fruit - blackberries, raspberry,& cherry. Paired well with roast chicken and Brussel sprouts built to be drunk now, not for aging.

A nice bottle but not exactly what I expected from the wine merchant. Big fruit, tannins still rough. I’ll lay the rest of the case down for 6 months and try again.

This is what I remember Sauvignon Blanc to be back in the day. Not a citrus bomb but nicely balance herb, a little mowed grass, just a hint of cat pee. Wish I had more

More depth and complexity than I recall from the wine shop tasting. Deep fruit aroma - raspberry and cherry. Tannin stands up to beef fondue w a variety of flavor sauces. Wish I had purchased more.

Last bottle. Hadn't tried it in a while. initial presentation had mellowed, tannin had softened and new notes moved forward - vanilla, berry. A wish I had purchased more. Drink Now

First night with steak frits I was not impressed at all. It was nice enough but...

Second night it was much more interesting. Very well balanced, with pepper and ginger(?) up front, fruit on the palate.
