I decanted this wine for 10 hours and it was still opening up as it sat in my glass and we drank it thru the evening. The wine had a very nice nose of earth and minerals and also black licorice. The wine is well balanced with strong tannins and good structure. Finish was very smooth and long.

We bought this at the vineyard several years ago and it seems much more oakier when we drank it. We enjoyed the wine, it had a nice finish.
