Again another broken cork, but this time the wine was still stable. A beautiful wine. The tannins are slowly getting softer.

This cabernet is 2nd to none in my opinion. Perfect in every aspect. Full body with dark inky color. Aroma mostly of blue berry and I think black berry and so much more. At this stage the tannins are medium. On the palate this wine is so enjoyable. The finish is medium.

So lite. Tannins from the nebbiolo are hardly noticeable. The fruit seems to be fading and not as dominate as my previous bottles.

A little short on the nose, but really nice on the palate. Tannins were noticeable but fairly soft. A finish that was short. This Zin will probably get even better in the next couple of years.

Very fruit intensive. Am I drinking a port wine or a regular zin? This is a power house. I love my Zins in the 15% range but at the 17% range it is ilittle too much.
