Good structure and bones but not yielding much beyond the tannins at this stage. Very tight, was expecting more approachability like many 15s. Open next 2028+

Ripe concentrated, showy. Supple texture, very long finish. Chewy. Coffee, smoke, berries, licorice.

Almost in the drinking window, recommend holding just a bit longer, but far better than it was 3 years ago last time I tried it.

Green apple, tart, unoaked. Not getting as much mineralty as I'd expect. Average

Fruit forward, can tell some high quality fruit. But feels like cheap oak and perhaps manipulated with additives. Over extracted, high alcohol. Running hot.

Muted cherry, dried baking spices, firm tannins with a lot of acidity. I found this wine far too aggressive and dried out and I was disappointed with it.

Floral red berries, but tasting a bit flat and tired. Perhaps a bad bottle or just uninteresting.

Medium red with a watery rim, dry nose with baking spice, dried plum, blackberry liqueur, dark cherry. Mid finish, drying. Dry.

I'm seeing quite a few reviews decribing as deep, dense and plush, not getting any of that. A bit disjointed at this time, hold for a few more years. Or maybe an off bottle.

Rich and opulent, thick, lucious. The acid has eaten into the tannins and is now more balanced than it was in it's youth. Cherry, anise, cola, tart berries, cedar are present in a wonderful palate. Mid+ finish.
