  Thoroughly enjoyed this wine, deep ruby colour, red currant, black cherry ,raspberry flavours, medium body, silky texture, long finish.

  Hmmm... third glass and I'm still not sure how to judge this Chianti ( with pizza on the table 🙂)
  Load of ripe red and black fruits counterweighted with punchy spice. Lively acidity, ripe, but very grainy tannins ( my music). Pretty long, fruity finish. In general my problem is that the wine is too sweet, but also not boring, is challenging and unique.
  The smell is so lovely. Ethereal, delicate, flowery with earth, smoke, minerals, forest, sweet spice and red fruits.
  14.5% ABV - powerful, juicy wine.

  Fruity aromatics - ripe red berries forward. Very balanced, medium plus bodied, medium acid, well rounded. Soft tannins and a medium finish. Color is clean ruby, clear miniscus indicating it's youth.
  
  Commentary: This pairs very well with a range of foods. Goat cheese and spinach salad. Beef or pork with Asian flavors. Even some saltier a sea food dishes.
