  Nose is fantastic, pure with loads of minerals, bready, white stone fruits, expresso coffee, fine oak vanilla spices, honey, some oxidized yellow apples,
  Palate is perhaps even better – or rather fantastic – lots of bright citrus fruits with minerals, some honey, touch of vanilla, toast, bruised apples.
  Very complex and very deep.
  Superb acidity and overall balance.
  This is a truly great 2008 Blanc de Blancs that has begun a long and interesting journey – among the best grower Champagnes I have tasted from this vintage.

  Since I think this one is in a nice window did I try it again...
  
  On the nose: Mineral, caramelized white chocolate, toffee, citrus, brioche.
  On the palate: Honey, caramelized citrus, brioche, pistage paste, mineral with a high acidity.

  Wow, what a beauty at the moment.
  On the nose: Mineral, coffee, vanilla, citrus, brioche and stone fruit.
  On the palate: Caramelized citrus, brioche, some marzipan, mineral and with a palpable acidity.

  In my last note in 2020 I suggested leaving it another 5-8 years. I only lasted 3 but this is drinking very well now - glad I didn't wait longer.
  
  Appearance: bright, mid gold, slight straw tinge. Fine beading.
  
  Nose: Intense and complex. Stone fruits, some restrained citrus and baked bread notes, cashews, a little spice and whiff of smoke.
  
  Palate: rich mouthfeel. Marzipan, stonefruits, hint of honey and toast. Good acidity for its age. Well balanced. Lingering finish. Excellent.
