A bit disappointing tonight given the last bottle was so good. It probably did not have enough aeration. It gained weight and floralness throughout the night. But the popcorn and nut were missing tonight. Bottle variation.

Took 2 hours plus to open up, perfect to drink at room temperature. Citrusy nose which gradually added peach and caramel. Medium plus palate with great balance. Very long finish with amazing amount of minerals and caramel. Still got room to improve.

It started off with citrus and cinnamon. I guessed its a Jacques Prieur. It initially reminded me of a Jacques Prieur Mersault Les Perrieres, but it had some signs of Montrachet. With more air, it was clearly a Montrachet as the cinnamon, popcorn and smokiness emerged. The wine was so intense and flavorful. The finish was very long. Amazing!!!

Blind White Tasting with Top 2000 White Burgundy (Les Nomades - Chicago IL): Tasted single blind in perhaps the best wine flight I've had this year. My last bottle of this wine, so i can't complain about it also being the best it has ever performed. Peach and apple with rich, intense spice, but everything is in virtually perfect equilibrium with lots of density.
