  Un superbe vin santo à la belle couleur ambrée, cuivrée.
  Le nez est spectaculaire! Noix grillée, sirop d'érable, caramel, cire d'abeille, pomme cuite, cari jaune...
  Et le spectacle se poursuit en bouche. C'est gras, riche, sucré mais avec élégance et d'une longueur incroyable! Légère touche madérisée qui ajoute à la complexité. Un véritable vin de méditation qui clôt un bon repas de façon splendide et nous rappelle de merveilleux souvenirs de Toscane.

  Ambré foncé,Au nez on remarque des notes de café ainsi que de butterscotch,belle longueur en bouche le gout de caramel est très persistant,très belle équilibre on ne recent pas les 17,5% d'alcool.

  colour: tea, golden, brandy. nose: strong, intense, some burnt accents, almonds. taste: sweet but it is only at the beggining, later almonds, a little bit one-dimensional, but very tasty.
