  How many times have you been able to try blend of Auxerrois? I never heard of the grape until I grabbed this bottle. At first I got a whif of oak that was also present on the palate but it dissapeared / integrated in the wine after 30 mins of opening. The blend felt close to a Pinot Gris from Alsace, it was enjoyable but nothing exotic other than uncommon grape in the blend

  Had some with Fettucini Alfredo.
  Fine, lemon, orange peel, honey, vanilla.
  A bit on the simple side, but a nice blend (my last was an Italian Sparkler).

  Pale straw hue, tropical fruit nose, really dense, sweet and full bodied. A bit pinched in the middle to be honest. I am starting to guess these type of wines are becoming very popular as they are easier to drink.
