A private lunch (Restaurant Castle Terrace, Edinburgh, Scotland): A blend of 65% Chardonnay and 35% Auxerrois, unoaked. Succulent fruit (orange, grapefruit), zingy acidity, racy but flavoursome, good weight and intensity, ever so slightly tropical, spices, cool limestone minerality, hint of earth, attractive bitters, good length.

Superbe évolution en bouteille.
Tout en équilibre, généreux et frais, belle acidité sans trop, un nez chardo et une bouche chardo avec un spin d’auxerrois... excellent.
A revoir... longtemps!
