Single piece cork, no sign of seepage. Decanting recommended for 60-90 mins No sediment Excellent fill level
The 2 bottles that were tasted to date did not have the unbalanced acidity that is widely reported, however I would never say that the wine is more firm and straight than plush and generous. Not exactly surprising for the appellation, nor the winemaker.
Drink up 12.5% abv

Fresh. Vibrant. Crisp. Still young. Just starting to enter its secondary phase. I enjoyed this wine and would buy again. Unfortunately it had a lot of sediment and the waitress did a terrible job of decanting, so my advice is to decant properly for a smoother exierience.
I have to disagree with some of the previous reviewers. I found this a nice wine in a good spot and would certainly drink again.

Very disappointing indeed. Thin and sour. This was a wine that i was looking forward to - now it looks as though I might have left it too long, though there was little residue of fruit and I wonder whether it was ever any good.
