Really loved this tonight, still quite pale in colour, lots of mango, pineapple, golden apple, touch of honey and some minerals on the nose, really generous and bright fresh mouthfeel with high acidity and a long finish. This has a many more years left

No formal note, but this was delicious, an excellent match for Magret de Canard with a spicy-sweet sauce, and was delicate and with fresh acidity at the same time.

Drank alongside 2010 JJ Prum Wehlener Auslese in magnum. This has also fully shed its baby fat and the sweetness has fully integrated into the wine, fluttering the edge of off-dry and med-sweetness. Really fantastic with food as the acid and balance really worked with most items on the menu. Showing tertiary complexity of straw, honey, creamy tropical fruit, and baked pineapples, this seems to have entered its peak. 93-94 peaking today, but can be held for another 5-10 years in its peak. I would not recommend to drink this too cold, but only slightly chilled.

honeysuckle, tropical fruit, cinnamon, stone, filament / thin film on nose. paired with spicy dhal and okra curry. stunning pairing - perfect amount of sweetness here, not overbearing with plenty of acidity. color is golden yellow. drinking *very* well but still has a lot of development. double edged sword because drank perfectly with meal, my last bottle and seems v. capable of aging a lot longer
