Corai used. Nose: faint Palate: gorgeous, flowery, a bit of mineral. Second tasting when I pulled the cork I didn't like it as much, more minerals, crab apples. Inconsistent results because of Coravin?

Glorious. Served lightly chilled. Aromas of lemon pith, chalk, golden apple, and hints of quince. Lots of acidity on the palate, which reigned in all that ripeness. Great balance, great texture. Surprising depth for such an inexpensive wine. Overall, very impressive Chablis that is at peak.

Fatty, oily and a lil flat though with sour white fruits and a ill imbalanced. Fleshy yet flabby.

Wonderful acid/fruit balance. Green apple dominates, yet enough residual sugar remains to offset. Crisp as can be.
