All wet stone and mineral all the time - on the nose and palate. Funk on the nose is unappetizing. Over-the-top acidity gives a sour aftertaste. Some of the more unpleasant notes dissipated with time in the glass, but still it seems something is off. Day two: along with slate and minerals, some citrus/lemon peel on the nose. Still, very little fruit on the palate. Fresh new meaning to "austere".

Muy mudita en nariz. Más vegetal que mineral. Un desagradable olor a goma. Absurdamente cansada en boca, alimonada y una acidez sin sentido donde cada elemento va a su aire.

A blend of four premiers crus: Roncières, Mont de Milieu, Montée de Tonnerre, Moireins, that seems to combine the generous style from the left bank such as Roncières (Vaillon) with more mineral-drive right bank such as Mont de Milieu, Montée de Tonnerre. Clear light lemon. Hint of cut grass, citrus, stone, flint on the nose. On the palate, medium plus finish with notes of mineral and citrus peel. Medium plus acidity. Good P/Q ratio.

Forgot about this one. Too bad. Dark yellow, bad taste. Bottle has gone bad. My fault 10 years after harvest.

Very nice Chablis that tastes like, well Chablis. That said, this is not a great wine. Still fresh, but drink up soon.

Veggie rather than mineral. Disgusting rubber smell.
Absurdly faded palate, just simple lemony and nonsense acidity where every element goes by its own.
