Clear red hue. Nose characterial of roots, bramble bush, and wet soil. Mouth acidic, a bit unripe with the previous vegetal notes. A good wine respectfull of its terroir : one of the most fresh wine region of France.

I have liked other years of this wine, but this one was a bit weedy. I will wait to see what happens with more time.

Interesting pinot from classic Chablis producer. Medium dark color, good spicy fruity nose. A leaner style pinot but lovely and floral.

Dinner at Browntrout (Browntrout, Chicago IL): This wine was a massive green bomb. It was terribly under-ripe and stemmy. This wasn't enjoyable at all.
