Green and astringent, lacking in fruit, uninteresting in every way. Not improving. I’ll leave 1/2 the bottle overnight in the fridge, but have little hope it will help. Consistent with 10 previous tastings.
Next day, there was little change. Maybe a little more fruit, but the dry, tannic and bitter finish offered no charm.

Drinking really well now, well balanced and has lovely acidity to complement the red fruit which has decent concentration for the vintage, good finish too

Al's note inspired me to pop one of these. Juicy fruit with good balancing acidity. Satisfying as a good village wine should be. I will assert that this can age further on it's acidity but that's only if you like secondary or tertiary notes.

Burgundy Dinner with Friends (Andros Taverna): Served blind in 2011 Dujac flight. Bright red cherry with lots of fun, even if not lots of substance. A wonderful village wine for the vintage, everybody thought this was the village wine, but thought it from a bigger, riper, richer vintage (guesses included 2007, 2010, 2012!).

Two half bottle from the same case. Both corked.
