09/2/22 First bottle from an OWC-12. Needed time (1.5 hours) to open up, but what a wine. Almost perfect, definitely Grand Cru quality.
The colour: deep yellow/golden The nose and palate: revealed a very ripe, tropical palate involving pineapple, banana, papaya. While evolving it began to show dense layers of peaches and yellow apples, all complemented with a nice layer of mineral notes, and medium balancing acidity. The finish: Dense, elegant and long.
Keep or drink. I believe this wine could age in to a 100 points in 5/10 years.

This too was oxidized, though in a past its peak / funny vintage / probable storage issues sort of way. This is a gentle, subtle wine in very, very late maturity showing all secondary nuance with almost no primary fruit remaining. It was rather delicious (in a faded sort of way) for about 45 minutes before sliding off the face of the earth. Not a good night for white Burgundy, then.

Seemed a little shy at first but this opened up beautifully. Great richness of fruit that's perfectly balanced by ample acidity.
