Tasted blind, this wine had a medium yellow color and clear rims. The high- intensity nose offered up citrus, apples, honey, graham crackers, and white stone.
In the mouth, this wine was rich and ripe with huge acidity and tremendous length.
This special wine needed air to reveal its secrets. While peaking now, it will easily last for 5-10 years.

An absolutely perfect bottle of Folatieres. Medium yellow color - zero oxidation. Incredible balance and flavors. Initially a little cold but after warming up this got better and better and more expressive. The acidity was still rocking yet the balance of the energetic fruit and structure were near perfection. Most guessed a much much younger wine - 2004 and 2011 were guessed. Not the first time Lalou has stunned us with the youth of one of her whites. Awesome experience.

Clean, lightly citrus aromatics. Resolved palate with very faint sweetness. (2678/2906)

Musique & Vin Festival BYO Dinner (Château de Meursault): Small glass, brief note. Floral with ripe stone fruit aromas. Very rich and intense flavors. Nicely fresh while also flashy. Long, powerful finish.
