Medium density and color; the nose is perfumed with dark cherry and plum. The body is so much thinner than most pinots I've tasted, including those from New Zealand, which made everything else collapse. It lacked body, structure and anything that would put it together. The finish turned a bit sour in the end for lack of fruit, balance and harmony.

bright fruit flavours, currant and cherries, nice colour, soft nose, not weighty or complex wine and maybe I found it a little thin on the palate but still good value for money

Pinot Noir tasting: Clear light red color. Light nose with red currant and cherries. Similarly light on the palate, which is dominated by fruit. Lacks complexity and lenght. A bit too much like a fruit punch to me.

Nottingham Offline (Harts, Nottingham): screwcap, 14% This is sort of like a porty pinot noir on the nose - sweet and herby. Lovely attractrive red fruits on the palate. Very zingy and fresh feeling. Very Good.

A wonderful light intensity of crimson colour with cherry, vanilla a touch of spice and that oh so important animal character which completes the deal - smokey cinnamon and bitter cherry flavour on the palate build up something that is great value for money.
